- Our Mangoes are shipped Green (Raw). In order to withstand transportation time, courier handling and heat.
- Once you receive the box of mangoes: Take them all out and inspect them. Those that are green can be moved to the bottom, yellowish ones on the top.
- Keep them packed in box with hay in 18-25* temperature (keep in air conditioning if ambient temperatures are higher) until yellow.
- Cut them only once they are orange or yellowish and slightly softer with a sweet smell. If you cut them before time they will taste sour feel raw. Our quality guaranteed are natural. chemical free product some spoilage is expected. In the event of any spoilt mango, we will replace it on your next order or refund the equivalent amount.
- Packed to our specifications and shipped in semi-ripe state. As a result, it prevents fruit ripening in transit.
- Only refrigerate them if they are ripe and ready to cut in the next 30 minutes.
- Instead of freezing them, place them in a water basin for a few minutes before cutting them.
